DFDS' organisational structure

DFDS' business structure comprises two divisions and two corporate service functions:


The Shipping Division
operates DFDS' route network, divided into four business areas: North Sea, Baltic Sea, Channel and Passenger.

The Logistics Division operates DFDS' logistics activities, divided into five business areas: Nordic Transport, Continental Transport, European Contract, Intermodal and Nordic Contract.

People & Ships provides HR services for the Group as well as crewing and ship maintenance services.

Finance provides IT, procurement, financial and legal services for the Group.
